Wellbriety Seeks Bids for Two Sweat Houses:
Wellbriety Services manages a Men’s and Women’s Healing House with identified property where the sweat house structures and houses will be built. These structures will be traditional healing spaces for individuals and small groups to practice traditional medicines and healing.
Marimn Health is seeking proposals from qualified constructions firms and/or individuals to facilitate the design, development, and construction of two sweat houses – one each for the Men’s and Women’s Healing Houses. These will be two permanent structures built around an internal sweat house to provide security, structure and protection from weather and animals year around.
Scope of Work and Deliverable:
We are seeking a construction firm or individual to build a structure to include room for a traditional sweat house, changing spaces, washing area, and seating. Firm or individual will be responsible for providing all supplies and labor associated with the design, development, and construction of the two sweat houses. Design and development of the project will be in partnership with the Wellbriety Program and must be approved by Marimn Health prior to the beginning of construction.
Proposed Timeline
- Internal houses complete by end of Spring of 2024

- Can you meet the projected timeline? Would you advise making any changes to it and if so, what would they be?
What is your fee to complete a bid/estimate for building structures for the Men and Women’s Sweathouses? Required estimate items: project timeline planning, complete supply list, pricing, and project budget; provide staff/builders, etc.)?
