Marimn Health is looking for an owner’s representative to assist with some planned and anticipated projects over the next few years.
Interested firms are encouraged to submit a proposal to provide Owners Representative Services as part of a competitive selection process to enter into an agreement with the Coeur d’Alene Tribe Health Authority dba Marimn Health (MH), an entity of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe (Tribe).
The selected firm will be able to provide services necessary to help manage the remodel and renovation of the Marimn Health Wellness Center and to support the addition of solar panels to the Coeur Center. In addition to these projects, Marimn Health anticipates starting several additional projects currently under consideration, which will require assistance and support over a variety of different types of conversations and activities over the next couple of years should the projects move forward. Possible projects include:
- Improvements to the exterior sports fields at the Coeur Center
- The design, development, and potential building of a skilled nursing facility on the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation
- Potential renovation and / or expansions at existing Marimn Health buildings
- Assistance on an as-needed basis with potential future purchase and /or renovation of additional buildings
