Marimn Health Seeks Contractor and Vendors for Dental Expansion:
Marimn Health has received grant funding for an expansion of their dental clinic located within the Marimn Health Medical Center in Plummer, ID. This project is generally described as 1900 sf of added space, with select finish upgrades within the existing dental space and includes the addition of six (6) dental chairs into an existing office area. Work will include demolition of existing walls, ceilings, finishes, and casework; new construction to include walls, ceilings, finishes, casework, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and coordination of dental equipment with owner’s vendor.
All of the work will be completed without interruption of the current dental clinic. Contractor must abide by the Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s Tribal Employment Rights code at all times and contractor and all subcontractors must be licensed through the Coeur d’Alene Tribe Tribal Employment Rights Office.
Proposals must be received by 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022.
