Marimn Health is seeking proposals to replace the parking lot at the Wellness Center building located in Plummer, ID. The following is a summary of the project:
• Work will begin as soon as possible in Spring of 2022, but must be completed no later than June 15, 2022. Total time for completion is 21 calendar days from start to completion.
• The project includes removal of the existing asphalt paving, subbase, and subgrade necessary for the new work, which is described on the attached drawings prepared by Storhaug Engineering.
• Re-stripe to match existing striping plan.
• Include 50 lf of replacement curb as part of the bid.
• Provide a unit price to remove and replace additional curb.
• Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project. Current rates are attached.
• Include 2% TERO Fee and identify as separate item.
Civil drawings and geotechnical report available upon request. Proposal should be submitted on your company letterhead no later than February 4, 2022 @ 4:00 pm.
